Each has it’s own private garden with heated pool. The open living/dining area features comfortable sofas and chairs, and a dining table to seat six. Just off the living room is your complete and fully-equipped modern kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and a center island/bar. The half-bath is situated in the hall between the foyer and kitchen. Sliding doors open from the living area to a deck and the pool edged by variety of tropical plants. An inviting deck surrounding the pool provides atmosphere for peaceful conversation and relaxation after a day of sightseeing. One bedroom is on the first level with a queen bed and en-suite bath with shower only. The second level of the house offers two bedroom suites with en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms are expertly decorated to offer luxury without being overbearing. Spacious and plush, the master suite has an elegant king bed and a grand tiled bath with his-and-hers sink and large shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds with luxurious linens and an en-suite bathroom with tub.
The villas are equipped with central air-conditioning system, flat-screen TVs, security system, and fully-equipped kitchen. These elegant villas are a destination for those expecting a special and exclusive holiday with the warm atmosphere of your own home! Located across the street from the Basilica of St. Mary Star of the Sea, it is the perfect spot for destination wedding parties.
Individual making the reservation must be 25 years or older with proper identification and be an occupant of the property.
Parking can be difficult in Key West. This unit has a parking spot in a small lot for one vehicle only. No oversized vehicles allowed. Guest is responsible for finding parking for oversized or additional vehicles. Management company is not responsible for towing costs or parking tickets that may be the result of the guest parking in another unit's spot.
The maximum people allowed in this property is 6. If there are more than 6 people are in your party upon arrival, your party will be asked to leave without compensation.
Violation of ANY house rules will result in your party being asked to leave without compensation.

Fantastic Townhome in Key West
This was a fantastic rental in KEY WEST Bright and clean and walkable to everything. Easy check in process. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Kitchen and common areas well equipped. Backyard with grill & pool fantastic. I would recommend.

The property is everything we wanted and more. It has a great kitchen and living area and the plunge pool was our savior in the heat of September. The location couldn't be more fantastic - near Duval, walkable to everything, but in a quiet section of town. The king bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are luxurious and clean. Excellent trip!

Exactly what we needed.
This condo was perfect for us. As you may know, it's warm and humid in Key West. The AC was sooo nice and welcoming every time we walked in. The decor was decent and comfortable. We almost didn't need to bring anything, because the condo is so well stocked. And if you did need something, there is a local grocery on the corner. Parking is challenging in KW, fortunately, this place has its own parking. Cooling off in the pool was also a treat. We booked this place because of the pool and 3 bedrooms. Super comfortable and relaxing. It was a little farther from Duval than I thought, but we rented a golf cart for the weekend, this was a great move. I will deffinitly recommend this place.

Beautiful property nicely located in a residential section of Key West. Easy walking/biking distance to town or beach. House was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Small store with groceries one block away. Would recommend 7 Fish for dinner, right around the corner. We would definitely stay there again.
